- Annual Brooktrout Training

Excel/SnowShore Reseller Partner Criteria
- Annual Minimum Revenue Required
- Attend Excel/SnowShore Training
- Provide First Line of Technical Support
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Reseller Agreement Signed
- Cantata Marketing Agreement Signed
Hosted Services Partner Criteria
- Services are based on Brooktrout, Excel or SnowShore platforms
- Services are available and commercially deployed
- 24 Hour Technical Support
- Cantata Support Plan Agreement
- Sales & Engineering Support
Technology Partner Criteria
- · This is typically a strategic relationship with hardware
and/or software vendors whose solutions has been tightly integrated
and tested to assure interoperability for a complete solution.
All Technology Partners are evaluated on a case by case basis.
Professional Services Partner Criteria
- Extensive Knowledge on Brooktrout, Excel & SnowShore Products
- Track Record of Development and Integration
- Provide References
- Attend Training
I3P Partner Criteria
- Complementary VoIP Network Products that have been lab tested
