Implementation: EasyVCC, developed by Gintel, allows operators
and service providers to offer highly customised and flexible contact
centre solutions. EasyVCC is based on a net-centric architecture,
eliminating the need for premise-based equipment, lowering the threshold
for roll-out of advanced customer interaction solutions in new market
segments. Contact centre agents can operate at any location, through
any telephony terminal equipment, and the solution can be deployed
on all types of telephony network: IP, PSTN, PLMN, 3G, NGN, and
IMS. The solution leverages Appium’s X-Way Application Server,
Cantata’s SnowShore IP Media Server and, to support connectivity
into legacy network environments, Cantata’s IMG 1010 integrated
media and signaling VoIP gateway.
