System Solutions MESSAGEmanager is a VoiceXML-based communications and messaging platform that delivers speech enabled IVR, voice mail, fax, mobile and presence services to enterprise businesses. The Brooktrout and Systems Solutions offering helps reduce the time, cost and complexity of developing and deploying speech and fax applications resulting in a faster ROI compared to alternative solutions. Brooktrout’s TR1000 provides advanced speech processing
for MESSAGEmanager IVR to support the development of speech-enabled
self service applications using VoiceXML to leverage corporate
investments in Web and backend business logic. MESSAGEmanager IVR
enables telephone access of web-based information so customers
can use speech or a telephone keypad to conduct online business
in areas such as shopping, banking, investing and travel. Brooktrout’s TR1000 also supports the MESSAGEmanager Voice Mail, a VoiceXML solution that forwards phone calls to IP devices such as wireless PDAs and IP telephones. If a subscriber cannot be reached by voice, a text message is sent to their mobile phone to signal that they have voice mail. Brooktrout’s TR1034 series of intelligent fax boards provides additional unified communications capabilities by providing customers with fax functionality.
