Excel Switching and MIND CTI Deliver IP Gateway Solution with Real-Time Billing

- Partnership Makes Available TANDEM and Wholesale VoIP Solutions for Carriers Worldwide -

Fall VON 2005 – Boston, Mass., - September 19, 2005 - Excel Switching Corp., a worldwide provider of carrier-class, open services platforms, media gateways and media servers, announced today that MIND CTI Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDO), has joined its partner program to deliver real-time billing and carrier interconnect solutions for the Excel IMG 1010 Gateway.
