Excel Switching Corporation and Brooktrout Technology to Have Significant Presence at VON Spring 2006 Conference & Expo

– Five Industry Experts from the Newly Combined Excel/Brooktrout to Present on Trends, Opportunities and Future Direction of IP Telephony –

NEEDHAM, Mass.—March, 6, 2006—Excel Switching Corporation and Brooktrout Technology today announced that CEO Marc Zionts, along with several senior executives from the newly combined entity, will present at VON Spring 2006 Conference & Expo. The conference will take place March 14-17, 2006 at the San Jose Convention Center, San Jose, Calif. Excel and Brooktrout will also be exhibiting at VON in booth #425.
In addition, VON attendees are urged to stop by the Excel and Brooktrout booth on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. PST for a significant company announcement regarding the unveiling of a new corporate identity.
