Partnership to Enable Convergent Telecom Solutions for Operators Globally

SAN JOSE, Calif. – SPRING VON 2006, Booth #425 – March 15, 2006—jNetX Inc (www.jNetX.com), a market leader for standardized Telecommunications Application Server technology, announced today that it has joined the Cantata Partner Program™. Cantata Technology is the world’s leading independent provider of enabling communications technology, established through the combination of Excel Switching Corporation and Brooktrout Technology. jNetX joins as a technology partner, and its joint solutions are integrated and deployed in operator networks enabling IMS and fixed mobile convergence.

Cantata’s Partner Program allows select companies that meet qualifying criteria to gain extensive access to Cantata’s open standards-based modular platforms and leverage Cantata’s global presence. This allows partners to quickly create, deploy and market services ranging from voice, video, messaging, and speech-enabled services to IP fax and document management services.

Cantata Partner Program Benefits
Cantata Partners have access to a full range of benefits that include lead referrals, co-op marketing funding, joint marketing programs, industry visibility, representation at tradeshows, and more. Certain partners also qualify for technical benefits include advanced product updates, partner lab access, as well as access to technical support and engineering resources.

To be eligible for the Cantata Partner Program, companies must meet specific qualification criteria. Resellers and system integrators who purchase Cantata products through Cantata’s distribution channel are eligible for membership.
