Cantata Technology and Voiceway Partner to Enable Document Management and Business Process Automation Solutions

Voiceway to Offer Localized, Value-added Support in Europe for Cantata’s Brooktrout Fax Platforms

NEEDHAM, Mass. and ASNIERES SUR SEINE, FRANCE, Jan. 30, 2007—Cantata Technology™, one of the world’s leading independent providers of enabling communications technology, and Voiceway, Value Added Distributor and telecom expert, today announced that Voiceway will be providing localized sales support and service in Europe for Cantata’s full-range of Brooktrout® intelligent fax platforms. As the worldwide leader in fax technology, Cantata offers the widest range of fax platform products, delivering superior performance, whether used in traditional or next-generation VoIP networks. Fax servers play an integral role in document management and business automation solutions, performing tasks such as automating fax invoices generated by ERP systems, routing incoming faxes to recipients, and serving as the conduit for records management and workflow applications.

Voiceway has extensive experience selling and promoting voice and fax technologies in both TDM and IP environments in Europe and has an impressive list of customer relationships including systems integrators and software vendors. By adding Cantata’s Brooktrout intelligent fax family to its current product portfolio, Voiceway can now extend its offering to bring new and existing customers fax and fax over IP solutions that are in high demand.

Cantata’s Brooktrout intelligent fax family of products range from small scale solutions with the Brooktrout TruFax® product line, to enterprise and carrier grade systems with the Brooktrout TR1034™ and SR140™ products. Combined, Brooktrout-brand fax products are approved for use in over 40 countries.

Express Exchange Service is an enhanced support offering designed to provide next-day board replacement service for the Brooktrout TR1034 intelligent fax boards. SR140 Software Maintenance services keep customers up-to-date with the latest software enhancements along with world-class technical support.
