Professional Service Offerings
Cantata’s Services team is pleased to offer essential Professional
Services to its customers and partners. We’ll assist our customers
improving time to market, reducing capital expenditures and improving
the reliability of the overall solution.
Cantata provides structured professional services programs, as
well as custom defined services requested by our partners and customers.
We offer services that range from development assistance, to installation,
upgrade assistance, and many services in between.
The following provide a quick description of our defined Professional
Services programs.
CSP
/ MSP Accelerator Program - a structured
development assistance program for our CSP and MSP developer partners.
CSP RE-UP
Program - designed to upgrade, recertify, and re-license
a CSP system not currently covered under a support agreement.
This program includes trade-in and support components.
IMG
Installation Program - provides on–site, hands
on installation assistance and instruction. Learn the ropes to
a successful implementation.
Customized
Services - Other services are defined via a Statement
of Work and can include services such as:
- Lab testing
- Benchmarking services
- Installation and turn up assistance
- Health Check (CSP)
- PPL Development (CSP, MSP)
- Custom Training
- Custom Development assistances
- Development partners for complete development services
