- Normal hour of coverage are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm local
time, Monday - Friday, provided from our Massachusetts,
California, Belgium, and Japan offices
- Program requires that application partner is providing
intermediary phone support to the end user.

Software Services |
- Software Updates include Minor and Maintenance Releases
as Software Updates. Excludes new features and functionality
- Software fixes are included for current Minor Release
and one release back
- Included Right to Copy Fixes to all licensed systems
covered under plan
- Program requires application partner to distribute these
releases to all contracted end users.

Web Services |
- Online customer support site access to submit your
Assistance Requests (ARs) right from our Web site. Review
your previous Assistance Requests for status as well.
- Searchable FAQs, Knowledge Base, and Technical Documentation
for your supported products
