Cantata's Brooktrout SR140 Software Maintenance Plan entitles customers to receive Technical Support services according to their plan enrollment. Cantata offers three SR140 Software Maintenance Plan options that are designed to fit our customer's support needs.

ISV Partner Support Products

Indirect Maintenance Program

The SR140 IP fax software is combined with application software provided by Cantata partners to deliver a complete solution to an end user or enterprise. In indirect maintenance situations the end user purchases support for the complete solution from Cantata's application provider partner. Our Indirect Standard Maintenance Program is designed to provide Cantata support to the application partner on the SR140 software so that partner can provide complete support for the entire solution to the end customer or enterprise. Shared Maintenance Program

The SR140 IP fax software is combined with application software provided by Cantata partners to deliver a complete solution to an end user or enterprise. In shared maintenance situations the end user purchases support for the complete solution from Cantata's application provider partner. Our Shared Standard Maintenance Program provides Cantata phone support for the SR140 to be delivered directly to the end customer or enterprise for the Cantata portion of the solution. The application partner shall have a direct support relationship with the end user for the application portion of the solution and be responsible for all Cantata software upgrade distributions. End User Support Products

Direct Maintenance Program

Cantata Technology also offers the SR140 Direct Standard Maintenance Program providing support on Cantata products directly to end user customers that develop their own applications to the SR140 development kit. SR140 Direct Maintenance Program Details
